Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Service For The Drafting Of The Special Protection Plan For The Historic Center Of Malaga And Catalog Of Protected Real Estate Assets. The Object Of The Contract Is The Drafting Service Of The Special Protection Plan For The Historic Center Of Malaga, In Accordance With The Requirements That Current Urban And Sectoral Legislation Provides For These Planning Figures, As Well As The Review And Updating Of The Catalog Of Protected Assets And Real Estate, Which In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 81.2 Of Law 7/2021 (Lista) Will Be Part Of The Special Plan. The Object Of This Contract Is Also The Implementation Of The Citizen Participation Process (Ppc), To Be Developed During The Preparation Of The Special Plan, With The Purpose Of Making It Known And Analyzing The Citizens Suggestions, As Well As The Drafting Of The Documentation Required For The Processing And Resolution Of The Environmental Authorization Procedures, Both Of The Special Plan Itself And Of Its Protection Catalog.
