Insurance Services - Provision Of Group Risk Insurance To Unemployed Persons Enrolled In Training, According To Art. 30A, Para. 1, Item 22 And Para. 2 Item 14 Of The Znp And Art. 69, Para. 8 Of The Ppznp. This Public Procurement Is Announced In Fulfillment Of The Statutory Obligation Of The Employment Agency To Insure The Unemployed Persons Involved In Training, Financed By The State Budget In Accordance With Article 30A, Paragraph 1, Item 22 And Paragraph 2 Item 14 Of The Znp And Article 69, Paragraph 8 Of The Ppznp. According To Art. 30A, Paragraph 1, Item 22 And Paragraph 2 Item 14 Of The Labor Code And Article 69, Paragraph 8 Of The Labor Code For The Implementation Of Programs And Measures To Promote Employment, Funds Are Provided For Group Risk Insurance To Unemployed Persons Included In Training For The Duration Of The Training, For Which The Employment Agency Concludes A Contract For Group Risk Insurance Of The Trained Persons For The Duration Of Their Training. With The Promulgation In Sg No. 30/27.03.2026 Of The Zid Of The Law On The Collection Of Revenues And The Expenditure In 2026 (Until The Adoption Of The Zdb Of The Republic Of Bulgaria For 2026, Resp. Of The National Employment Action Plan In 2026) Contracts For The Training Of Unemployed Persons May Be Concluded Under Art. 63 Of The National Labor And Welfare Act, Of The Central Committee Of The Russian Federation And On Projects Of The Social Partners Under Art. 31, Paragraph 1 Of The Criminal Code.
