The Service To Be Provided Includes The Production Of An Outdoor Wooden Facade, Including All Work Described In The Service Items And Preliminary Technical Remarks. Unless Otherwise Stated In The Individual Items, All Services Include Technical Planning, Production, Delivery To The Place Of Use And Ready-To-Use Assembly. The Service Items Each Include The Technically And Visually Complete, Completed Service That Can Be Used Without Further Third-Party Rework. The Advertised Lines Are Related To An Intended Replacement Project. At The Time Of The Tender, The Legal And Factual Requirements For Carrying Out The Replacement Work And The Resulting Commission Have Not Yet Been Finally Clarified. There Is Therefore No Entitlement To The Award Of The Contract. The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Award Procedure In Whole Or In Part If The Conditions For Carrying Out The Replacement Work Are Not Met Or No Longer Apply.
