The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: Digitization And Sharing Of Digital Resources Of The Polish Music Publishing House And The Polish Composers Union As Part Of The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 Program Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts Because The Subject Of The Order Is One Coherent It Solution, Including The Delivery Of Two Identical Servers, Licenses, Assembly, High Availability Cluster Configuration, Implementation And Support. Division Of The Order Could Result In Difficulties In Coordinating Work, Risk Of Incompatibility Of Individual Elements And Dispersion Of Responsibility For The Proper Operation Of The Entire Environment. The Lack Of Division Is Justified By Technical And Organizational Reasons And Is Not Intended To Restrict Competition.
