The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 20 Low-Floor, Five-Section Bidirectional Trams. 2. The Offered Vehicles Must Be New Trams, Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party, By One Manufacturer, With Technical And Operational Parameters Consistent With Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of Prototype Solutions In Trams That Have Not Been Tested In Mass Production. The Length Of The Vehicle Is To Be Between 45 M And 47 M. 3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Provision Of Technical Documentation, Consisting Of The Technical Documentation Of The Tram And The Technical Documentation Of The Equipment, The Level Of Detail Of Which Will Ensure: Proper Operation Of The Tram And Its Equipment, Maintenance, Performance Of Planned And Preventive Technical Maintenance, Inspections, The Possibility Of Emergency Reversing The Tram From The Route, Replacement Of Wheel Rims, Repairs, Major Repairs And Overhauls. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Train The Ordering Partys Employees In The Construction And Servicing Of The Subject Of The Order As Well As The Administration, Operation And Use Of Video Monitoring And The Passenger Information System. 5. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Draft Contract.
