Insurance Services – Property Insurance Of Built-Up Properties Owned By The Municipality Of Plovdiv. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Ensure The Need To Provide Insurance Protection On The Property Interests Of The Contracting Authority, By Assuming The Risk Of The Occurrence Of Insurance Events, By Means Of Providing Insurance Services. The Subject Of The Order Covers The Provision Of Insurance Services For The Insurance Of Built-Up Properties Owned By The Municipality Of Plovdiv, Hereinafter Referred To As Services, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Conditions Of This Documentation. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To The Draft Contract, The Technical Specification, The Technical And Price Proposal - Appendices To This Documentation. At The Time Of Opening The Procedure, The Balance Sheet Value Of The Built-Up Properties - Municipal Property, Which, According To Art. 9 Of The Law On Municipal Property (Zos), Must Be Insured (Insurance Under Art. 461, Item 3 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 9 Of The Zos), Is Eur 276,112,711.84. A List Of Properties Is Provided As An Appendix To The Public Procurement Documentation. It Is Envisaged That The Contract Will Be Renewed Twice Under The Same Conditions, Including Term, Volume And Total Value, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract.
