This Solution Aims To Enable Industrialized And Optimized Management Of Training Planning And Programming Activities, Ensuring That Complex And Interdependent Constraints Are Taken Into Account, In Particular Related To Resources, Calendars, Educational Sequencing, Availability And Business Rules. The Solution Should Make It Possible To Structure, Make Reliable And Optimize The Planning And Scheduling Of Training Sessions, While Improving The Readability Of Schedules, The Quality Of Decisions And The Operational Efficiency Of Planning Teams. It Must Offer Advanced Capabilities For Large Volume Management, Simulation, Optimization And Planning Management. The Solution Must Be Integrated Coherently Into The La Poste Group Information System, In Particular With Cornerstone Ondemand (Maformation) As Well As With The Groups Other Information Systems Via Standard Interoperability Mechanisms.
