Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of a 500 Kg Hydraulic Elevator (Capacity: 4 Persons) in Baghdad. Supply and installation of a 500 kg hydraulic elevator (capacity: 4 persons) with the following specifications: 1. Supply of an Italian-made hydraulic electric pump (or equivalent), 220V, 50Hz, 8A. 2. Supply of an electrical control panel with power regulator and nearest-floor rescue device (UPS), featuring high quality, safety standards, ease of operation, and a complete stopping/control system. 3. Supply of a Turkish-made elevator cabin (or equivalent), constructed of silver stainless steel with granite flooring, control panel, LED ceiling lighting, 12V emergency lighting, ventilation fan, 12V emergency alarm button, side handrail, with a load capacity of 500 kg accommodating up to 4 persons. 4. Supply of 16 mm guide rails with mounting brackets and safety frame. 5. Supply of external manual glass doors, 80 cm wide and 2 m high. 6. Supply of external call buttons with floor indicators, Turkish-made or equivalent. 7. Supply of a 24-core travelling cable with fixing clamps, Turkish-made or equivalent. 8. Supply of rope fixing hooks and rope fastening cage, Turkish-made or equivalent. 9. Supply of 10 mm German-made steel wire ropes or equivalent. 10. Supply of elevator cabin shock absorbers, Turkish-made or equivalent. 11. Provision of the electrical power source and cable for connecting the motor to the machine room, size 4 × 6 mm², including a 63A circuit breaker and an earth leakage protection system. 12. Fabrication and installation of a steel structure suitable for elevator operation, including painting. 13. Supply and installation of glass panels for the steel structure. 14. The elevator shall serve two stops (floors) and operate with a hydraulic lifting system. AL-Mahaba Brotherhood Humanitarian Organization Standard Quotation and Payment Terms 1 .Quotation should remain valid for a period of at least ninety (90) days from the submission closing date and should be indicated in the quotation 2 .Payment shall release in ( 03 ) days from receiving the actual invoice. 3 .Payment shall be via bank transfer . 4 .Payment shall be made upon verification and acceptance of goods/services per contract and upon presentation of correct, itemized invoice . 5. Delay fines will be equal to (1 %) for each delay day for (20) days only. the contract will withdraw from the company and the project will completed at the expense of the company.
