Tenders are invited for Procuring of 44 Nos. of Desktop Computers, 85 Nos. of UPS and 22 Nos. of Laptop Computers. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Chief Accountant, Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government, Independence Square, Colombo 07 (Tel: 011 2682520) and inspect the bidding documents from 01st June 2026 to 19th June 2026 on public working days from 09.00 am to 03.00 pm. Bidding Documents can also be viewed from the Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government website: https://pubad.gov.lk (for viewing only). But for submission, the bidders must compulsorily submit the document which is purchased from the office mentioned above. A complete set of bidding documents in the English language may be obtained by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the Secretary, Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government, Independence Square, Colombo 07 from 01st June 2026 to 19th June 2026 on public working days from 09.00 am to 03.00 pm. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Four Thousand Only (LKR 4,000/-). The method of payment will be in cash. Bids must be delivered to the address below: Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee (Finance Division), Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government, Independence Square, Colombo 07, on or before 22nd June 2026 at 02.30 p.m. Late bids will be rejected.
