Design and Implementation of a Circular Finance Programme on Investing in Circular Economy Design and delivery of an eight-month cohort-based Circular Finance Programme focused on circular economy finance, investment readiness, and ecosystem strengthening Recruitment and selection of programme participants including investors, financial institutions, corporates, public sector representatives, and ecosystem actors Identification and screening of a pipeline of circular economy enterprises for programme engagement and investment readiness support Development of practical circular finance resources including screening tools, appraisal frameworks, KPIs, due diligence prompts, and finance readiness templates Delivery of structured training sessions, applied learning workshops, mentorship activities, and enterprise showcase events Facilitation of engagement between circular enterprises and ecosystem actors through networking, mentorship, and investment-focused interactions Establishment of a Circular Economy Finance Community of Practice and development of recommendations for finance and enterprise development stakeholders Prospective companies/institutes should have the following. Proven experience in designing and implementing investment readiness, finance, entrepreneurship, or ecosystem development programmes Demonstrated expertise in circular economy, sustainable finance, SME development, or enterprise acceleration initiatives Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and managing multi-stakeholder programmes involving private sector, financial institutions, development partners, and public sector entities Availability of qualified senior experts with substantial local and international experience in programme management, circular economy finance, investment readiness, training delivery, and community engagement Experience in delivering mentorship programmes, enterprise showcases, and ecosystem-building initiatives Capacity to deliver structured monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and knowledge management activities Professional companies are interested in bidding could, obtain the detailed bid documents via [email protected] from 31.05.2026 to 10.06.2026.
