Tenders are invited for Supply & Installation of Heavy Duty Digital Photocopy Machines with Stand (Branded). Non-Refundable Fee (Rs.): 3,500/- Pre -bid Meeting Schedule to be held 10.30 a.m on 05.06.2026 at Department of Finance, NIE A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders from the Tender Unit, Finance Department, 12th Building, National Institute of Education, Maharagama upon submission of a Request Letter on or before 3.00 p.m. 15.06.2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500/= for each document. Non-refundable fee should be deposited to the Director General, National Institute of Education, Account No. 607628 under code No. TD26A00000A0 at any branch of the Bank of Ceylon. Completed bids Should be forwarded in two copies marked as die Original and Duplicate. The Original, Duplicate should be enclosed separate sealed envelopes and re enclosed in one sealed envelope marked Bid No., Contract Name and Date of Bid Opening on top left hand comer. Bids Shall be closed on 16.06.2026 at 2.00 p.m. Bids shall be delivered by hand inserted to die tender box kept at the Finance Department, 12* Building, or sent by registered post address to The Chairman, Department of Procurement Committee, National Institute of Education, High-level Road, Maharagama at or before 2.00 p.m on 16.06.2026.
