Tenders are invited for Supply and Sale of Crushed Ice Bags to the Central Fish Market Complex, Peliyagoda - 2026 / 2028. Minimum monthly lease amount to be paid to the Market Complex for maintaining this service is Rupees Six Hundred Thousand (Rs. 600,000.00). Bids should be submitted only on forms obtained on submission of a letter of request for applications on a letterhead of the bidder between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from 01.06.2026 until 15.06.2026 from the Administration Office of the Central Fish Market Complex, Peliyagoda situated at No. 83/1, Meegahawatta Road, Peliyagoda. Further, any bidder may inspect the relevant bid documents free of charge during that period. A non-refundable bid fee of Rs. 3,500/- should be credited to Account No. 71446342 maintained at the Bank of Ceylon in favour of Management Trust, Central Fish Market Complex, Peliyagoda and the bank deposit slip should be submitted to the Accounts Division of the Administration Office of the Central Fish Market Complex, Peliyagoda and a cash receipt should be obtained. A pre bid meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 09.06.2026 at the Auditorium Ministry of Fisheries, Aquatic and Marine Resources. All bids should be accompanied by a bid security to the value of Rupees Three Hundred Thousand (Rs. 300,000/-) in the form of an Irrevocable, Unconditional On Demand bank guarantee obtained from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka as per the form shown in the bid documents valid until 12.10.2026 from the closing date of bids or else an equivalent amount should be credited to Account No. 71446342 maintained at Bank of Ceylon in favour of Management Trustee of the Central Fish Market Complex, Peliyagoda and the bank slip should be submitted to the Accounts Division in the Administration Office of the Central Fish Market Complex, Peliyagoda and obtain a cash receipt and the original of that receipt should be submitted.
