The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, With The Material Scope Specified In The Technical Documentation (Project), Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Specification Of The Terms Of Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz), Draft Contract, Constituting The Documentation Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep A Correspondence Journal Used To Record The Course Of Works And Circumstances Occurring In The Course Of Performing The Works. Entries In The Correspondence Journal Should Be Made On An Ongoing Basis And Chronologically. Entries In The Log May Be Made By Persons Designated By The Contractor And The Supervision Inspector Designated By The Ordering Party.4.
