1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Population Protection And Civil Defense Storage Base In Karpacz As Part Of The Expansion Of The Administrative City Management Center (Aczm). The Planned Project Is Aimed At Improving The Fire Protection Conditions In The City Of Karpacz By Significantly Increasing The Base Of Rescue And Fire-Fighting Units Of The Volunteer Fire Department And Ensuring The Safety Of The Population In Situations Of Direct Threat To Life. The Building Will Be Constructed As A Compact Facility Constituting An Extension Of The Existing Aczm Development. The Planned Warehouse Will Be Added To The Existing Buildings On The South Side. It Is Planned To Widen The Maneuvering Area In Front Of The Building Along With Reorganizing The Existing Parking Lot And Locating New Spaces In A Way That Will Enable Quick And Safe Exit/Entry Of Combat Vehicles In The Event Of An Alarm Signal. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Elements Of Small Architecture, Technical Infrastructure And Greenery.
