Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of Municipal Road 005517F In Górzykowo

1. Subject Matter Of The Order: 1) The Order Covers The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 005517F In Górzykowo Based On The Notification Of July 30, 2024, To Which The Starosta Of Zielona Góra Did Not Raise Any Objections. 2) The Scope Of Works Includes The Reconstruction Of Sections Of The Municipal Road From Km 0+000 To 0+174.33 And From 0+184.07 To 0+931.57, Along With The Partial Reconstruction Of The Intersection With District Road No. 1198 And The Construction Of Exits To Plots No. 276 And 135/9 Within Górzykowo. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Annex To The Application, Containing A Description Of The Works, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, And A Design For Permanent Traffic Organization, Constituting An Annex To The Application. 3) The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Using New Own Materials, Which He Will Purchase And Deliver To The Work Site At His Own Expense And Risk. The Cost Of Purchase And Delivery In Place Of Installation Of All Materials Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contractors Remuneration. The Materials Used During The Execution Of The Works Must Be Approved For Use In Construction, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations. 4) Demolition Materials Are The Property Of The Ordering Party. 5) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Agree On Proposals For Material Solutions. The Use Of Materials Indicated By The Ordering Party By The Contractor Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability If He Did Not Warn The Ordering Party About The Risk Associated With The Use Of Specific Materials.6) The Contractor Declares That He Has Familiarized Himself With The Adopted Solutions And Recognized The Scope Of Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Which He Priced In His Offer.7) The Use Of Copper Aggregate Is Not Allowed In Road Works.8) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Works Must Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Requirements Arising From The Act.
