The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of 60 Pieces Of Adapters For Hearing Protectors, 60 Pieces Of Hearing Protectors And 100 Pieces Of Ballistic Goggles (Including 40 Pieces For Kwp Wrocław) In Accordance With The Technical Specification Divided Into 2 Tasks: 1) Task 1 - Purchase And Delivery Of Hearing Protectors And Adapters For Hearing Protection.2) Task 2 - Purchase With Delivery Ballistic Goggles. 2. The Order Is Implemented In Connection With The Project First Responders - Effective Response Of Services In The Event Of A Cbrn-E Attack, Co-Financed By The Internal Security Fund For 2021-2027.3. The Technical Specification Is Described In Annex No. 3 To The Swz And Constitutes The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party.4. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv):18143000-3 – Hearing Protector Adapters And Hearing Protectors (Protective Accessories);33735100-2 – Ballistic Goggles5. The Contractor Guarantees That The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Will Be Brand New, Free From Technical And Legal Defects, Approved For Trading, Grade I, Has Not Been Used For Exhibitions, Has Not Been Previously Used By Another Entity, Meets The Quality And Utility Standards Indicated By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Is Of High Quality, Is Factory-Packed And Comes From A Legal Sales Channel To The European Union Market.6. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Complete And Ready For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, It Has A Ce, En 352 Certificate Of Compliance Proving The Compliance Of The System With European Safety Conditions.7. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Provincial Police Headquarters In Katowice: 40-817 Katowice, Ul. Kochłowicka 5, Warehouse No. 11 - For Task 1 And 60 Pieces Of Goggles As Part Of Task 2, B) Provincial Police Headquarters In Wrocław: 50-040 Wrocław, Ul. Podwale 31-33 – 40 Pieces Of Goggles As Part Of Task 2.8. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty Of Not Less Than 24 Months For The Entire Offered Range Covered By The Subject Of The Order. Providing A Guarantee Lower Than The Minimum Specified By The Ordering Party Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law - As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.9. The Ordering Party Requires That During The Warranty Period All Costs Related To Warranty Service, Including Transport, Be Borne By The Contractor. 10. If No Warranty Periods Are Indicated, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Offers The Minimum Warranty Period, I.E. 24 Months.11. The Maximum Warranty Period For Each Of The Items Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz Is 60 Months.12. The Warranty Period For The Product Being The Subject Of The Order Is The Second Criterion For Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer And The Rules For Awarding Points Are Detailed In Section Xx Of Swz.13. The Selection Of The Most Advantageous Offer Will Be Based On The Criteria Speci
