1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of An Internal Municipal Road In The City. Jaroszki, Commune Brzeziny.2. Part 1 Of The Order: Reconstruction Of The Internal Municipal Road In The City. Jaroszki, Commune Brzeziny, Includes In Particular: - Demolition Of Road Elements, Removal Of A Layer Of Topsoil And/Or Sod, - Protection Of Underground Power Lines, - Construction Of Embankments, - Construction Of A 3.50 M Wide Bituminous Road With The Structure Indicated In The Design Documentation And A 0.50 M Wide Shoulder Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate On Both Sides, - Reconstruction Of Existing Exits Adjacent To The Road Being Reconstructed And Height Adjustment Of All External Devices And Existing Exits With Paved And Unpaved Surfaces, Taking Into Account The Edges Of The Reconstructed Road And Exits And The Adjacent Area, - Slopes, - Adjustment Of Underground Infrastructure Devices, - Installation Of Traffic Safety Elements, - Topsoiling And Sowing Of The Roadsides. The Total Length Of The Reconstructed Road Is Approx. 111.81 Linear Meters3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Develop A Temporary Traffic Organization Project And To Agree On The Designs In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Swz. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 A To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bill Of Quantities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Works That Are Necessary From The Point Of View Of Legal Regulations, Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, In Order To Achieve The Final Result Specified In The Subject Of The Order. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, The Contractor Should Base The Offer Price On The Scope Indicated In The Documentation Design Referred To In Point 1) And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1) Or Stwiorb.
