The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory And Measuring Works, 2) Earthworks Related To The Formation And Compaction Of Embankments, 3) Construction Of The Road Structure, Including Foundation Layers Made Of Natural And Crushed Aggregates, 4) Supplementing The Existing Foundation With A Crushed Stone Mixture, 5) Stabilizing The Ground With Cement, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Terms Of Reference: 1) Design Documentation - Annex No. 5 Of The Swz, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Developed Design Documentation Covers The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Entire Investment Project, While The Subject Of This Procedure Is Only Part Of The Works Provided For In This Documentation. The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By The Order Was Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitutes The Basis For Preparing The Offer And Implementing The Order.
