The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: A) Repair Of The Synthetic Surface, The So-Called Green Pitch, Dimensions 30 M X 60 M, B) Repair Of The Drainage System, C) Repair Of Elements Of The Stands For Fans, D) Replacement Of The Flagpole, E) Repair Of The Paving Stone Surface, F) Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures, G) Renovation Of Football Goals - 2 Pcs., H) Renovation Of The Pitch With A Polyurethane Surface, I) Renovation Of The Fence, J) Renovation Of The Locker Room Facilities. The Ordering Party Requires Special Caution In Carrying Out The Works, In Particular Ensuring Appropriate Security And Shielding, Keeping The Construction Site In Good Order, Organizing Construction Works In A Way That Does Not Endanger People Using The Neighboring Buildings. Real Estate. Due To The Above, The Contractor Must Include The Costs Of Securing The Performance Of Works In The Offer Price. This Cost Should Be Included In Indirect Costs. 3. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). The Above Requirement Of Employment Under An Employment Relationship Applies To Manual Workers Directly Performing Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope Of: A) Earthworks, B) Surface Works, C) Installation Works, D) Concrete Works, E) Painting Works, F) Assembly Works. The Above Requirement Does Not Apply To Freelancers, Including Designers, Construction Managers And Works Managers. 4. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A List Of These Persons Along With A Statement Confirming Their Employment Under An Employment Contract, And, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Evidence Indicating Their Employment Under An Employment Contract. After Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Is Also Obliged, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, To Submit A List Of Persons Along With A Statement Confirming Their Employment Under An Employment Contract And That They Are Not In Arrears With The Payment Of Remuneration As At The Date Of Submitting The Statement. At Each Stage Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Demand That The Contractor Prove That People Are Employed Under An Employment Contract. 5. In Case Of Justified Doubts As To Compliance With Labor Law By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, The Ordering Party May Request An Inspection By The National Labor Inspectorate. 6. D
