The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Including Printing, Assembly, Bookbinding And Delivery Of Album Publications To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party Or Another Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City Of Łódź, At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor, Including Transport, Unloading And Bringing Into The Premises (First Floor, Basement).2. The Ordering Party Divided The Order Into Two Parts (Tasks): Part 1 - Album Publications.3. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ One Person Performing Activities Directly Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, I.E.: An Order Execution Coordinator Responsible For The Timely And Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Ongoing Contact With The Ordering Party And Accepting Orders And Complaints.4.
