The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Sidewalk With Drainage On The Provincial Road No. 774 In Kryspinów And Budzyń, Liszki Commune, Section Ref. 038 Km 1+553.1 - Km 1+634.0.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works On A Section Of Provincial Road No. 774 (Ref. Section 038 Km 1+553.1 - Km 1+634.0), Including: • Extension Of The Existing Road Culvert. • Construction Of A Sidewalk For Pedestrians. • Construction Of A Storm Sewage System With Purification Devices And Outlets. • Construction Of A Retaining Structure. • Strengthening The Bottom And Slopes Of The Stream. Preparation Of The Construction Site: Before Starting Construction, The Area Must Be Organized And Secured In Accordance With Applicable Regulations: • Environmental Protection, Including The Use Of Hazardous Materials; • Fire Protection; • Occupational Health And Safety; • Construction Site Protection In The Scope Of Investments. 3. Scope Of The Order: A) Construction Of A Sidewalk (Pedestrian Route) Location: Section Ref. 038 From Km 1+553.1 - Km 1+634.0 Connection Method: The Pavement Will Be Connected To The Existing Edge Of The Bituminous Road Surface, Without Interfering With Its Situational And Height Profile. B) Expansion Of The Road Culvert Scope Of Expansion: Expansion Of The Culvert Consisting In Extending The Culvert At The Outlet With A Single Prefabricated Element With A Clearance Of 4.5 X 2.0 M, Recessed To Approximately 95 Cm, And Connecting The Prefabricated Element With A Reinforced Concrete Abutment With A Drip, 8.5 M Wide. C) Retaining Structure Location: Behind The Sidewalk, On The Section From Km 1+555.1 To Km 1+618.6. Made Of Prefabricated L Type Retaining Wall. D) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System And Water Protection - Built In The Footprint Of The Designed Sidewalke) Strengthening The Bottom And Slopes Of The Watercourse Scope: The Bottom Of The Watercourse And Slopes Inside The Prefabricated Culvert And Behind It For A Length Of 3.0 M From The Abutment. 4. Preparation Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation Along With Geodetic Confirmation Of The Number Of The Above-Mentioned Projects Completed. Works.1) Complete As-Built Documentation, Including Any Non-Essential Changes Introduced During The Implementation Of The Investment, Drawn In Red By The Designer.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Technical Documentation: Construction Design, Detailed Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
