Submitting An Offer Must Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit To The Place Of Work, I.E. In The Premises Located On The Second Floor Of The Building Of Branch No. 5 Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center At Ul. Praska 52 In Krakow. The Ordering Party Sets The Following Dates For The On-Site Visit: On June 9, 2026 At 09:30-10:00 And On June 11, 2026 From 09:30-10:00. Offers From Contractors Whose Presence At The On-Site Visit Is Not Confirmed On The Attendance List Will Be Rejected In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. Representatives Of Contractors Who Will Participate In The On-Site Visit Should Have Appropriate Authorization From A Specific Contractor Or Should Prove That They Represent The Indicated Contractor.3.
