The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Rescue And Firefighting Unit No. 6 In Gdańsk, Hereinafter Referred To As Jrg-6, With A Garage, Warehouse And Social Part, Along With The Reconstruction Of External Installations.2. The Expansion And Reconstruction Concerns The Functioning Jrg-6 Building In Gdańsk At Ul. Jabłoniowa 5, Plot Number 5/24, Registration District 0075. The Existing Building Consists Of Two Connected Parts - A Single-Story Garage Hall And A Two-Story Part With An Attic, Which Contains Social And Technical Rooms And Bedrooms. 3. The Expansion And Reconstruction Includes: 1) Expansion Of The Garage Hall With Two Additional Positions For Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicles With A 7 M Long Reinforced Concrete Channel And The Addition Of A Two-Story Warehouse And Social Part Containing 4 Cloakrooms (Moved From The Current Location) And A Toilet On The Ground Floor, An Office Room With A Bathroom And A Kitchenette, A Corridor And A Gym On The First Floor. The Floors Are Connected By A Staircase. Access To The Cloakroom Was Provided Directly From The Garage, Similarly To The Current Solution. In Place Of The Existing Cloakrooms, An Equipment Warehouse And A Room For Guides And Dogs Are Planned.2) Development And Roofing Of The Terrace Next To The Kitchen. Due To The Roofing Of The Terrace, The Existing Bathroom Will Be Expanded, And The Remaining Part Will Be A Dining Room. The Terrace Above The Existing Cloakrooms Will Be Covered With A Roof Of A Wooden Structure Covered With Seam Sheet Metal And Built Up With A Brick Wall With Windows Through The Attic Superstructure. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Consisting Of: Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities.5. The Detailed Scope Of Rights And Obligations Related To The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
