Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel To Buildings And Facilities Managed By The Klembów Commune, Gok In Klembów And The Commune Public Library In Klembów For A Period Of 12 Months

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of A Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel In The Form Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E), Consisting In The Sale Of Gas Fuel And Ensuring The Provision Of Its Distribution Service, To Installations Located In The Ordering Partys Facilities, The List Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 11 To The Terms Of Reference (Swz). The Total Amount Of Gas Fuel That Will Be Delivered During The Term Of The Contract To The Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 11 To Swz, Estimated At: 1,527,231 Kwh. The Given Annex Also Specifies In Detail The Order For Gas Fuel In Individual Gas Months (12-Month Period). The Given Volume Of Gas Fuel Is An Estimated Value Based On Current Consumption. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Volume Of Gas Fuel By +/- 15% In Relation To The Quantity Specified Above. Any Change In The Estimated Consumption Specified Above Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Settlement For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Gas Fuel According To The Prices Specified In The Contract. The Price Form - Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Terms Of Reference (Swz), Specifies In Detail, Among Others: Addresses Of The Collection Point, Tariff Groups According To Markings, Consumption Points, Expected Consumption Of Gas Fuel During The Term Of The Contract (Kwh), Power Contractual Number, The Number Of Months And Hours During The Contract Period, As Well As The Name Of The Dso. The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law And In Accordance With The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act. The Gas Fuel Distribution Service To Consumption Points Will Be Carried Out Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Local Dso - Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. With Its Registered Office In Tarnów, Zakład Gazowniczy Branch In Warsaw. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor Selected In The Proceedings A Power Of Attorney To: A) Submit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Comprehensive Agreement For The Supply Of Gas Fuel To The Distribution System Operator In Order To Implement The Concluded Comprehensive Agreement For The Supply Of Gas Fuel; B) Terminate The Existing Comprehensive Agreements For The Supply Of Gas Fuel, Or Submit A Declaration Of Termination Of Comprehensive Agreements For The Supply Of Gas Fuel In Accordance With The Mutual Agreement Of The Parties; C) Perform All Activities And Arrangements With The Dso And The Current Seller Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Seller And Effectively Commence The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel. The Ordering Party Attaches To The Public Procurement Procedure A Declaration Of The Recipient Of Gas Fuels On The Intended Use Of The Gas Fuel Referred To In Art. 62Bb Section 1 Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law.
