The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Pumptrack With A Square And Elements Of Small Architecture On The Premises Of The Świniarsko Recreation Center. The Investment Area Covers Part Of The Plot No. 121002_2.0019.1267/1 Located In The Świniarsko Recreation Center. Financial Assistance From The Budget Of The Małopolska Voivodeship As Part Of The Project Małopolska Recreation And Sports Infrastructure - Mirs Project I In 2026. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Measurement Works, Preparatory And Demolition Works, Earthworks, Excavations, Forming Slopes And Embankments, Making A Foundation Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate, Making A Surface, Installing Small Architecture (Benches, Bicycle Rack, Garbage Bin), Topsoil And Sowing The Area With Grass. As Part Of The Order, After Completing The Works, The Contractor Will Obtain All Final Permits, Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Law Along With The Use Permit And Will Bear The Costs Of Obtaining Them. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor A Power Of Attorney To Represent The Contractor In Order To Fulfill The Obligation. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Matter Of The Order; 2) A 5-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Matter Of The Order. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Respectively. The Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Agreements, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
