As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is In Particular Obliged To: 1) Purchase Materials Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, 2) Carry Out The Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.4.
