The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Civil Defense Warehouse And Logistics Base In Dąbrowa - Stage 2, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Referred To In Section 2. These Documents Constitute Attachments To This Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Provided In The Following Appendices To This Swz: 1) Architectural And Construction Design, 2) Building Permit, 3) Bill Of Quantities (Note: It Is Only An Auxiliary Document); Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation 4) Annex No. 9 - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; 5) Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 3. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Annexes Referred To In Section 2. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Annexes Referred To In Section 2 Or In The Contract Template.11. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 Under Area 2 Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies.
