4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Public Procurement Called Performance Of Construction Works In The Field Of Drainage, Land Development And Telecommunications Installations At The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Kamień - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Technical Knowledge, Based On The Documentation In The Possession Of The Ordering Party And Constituting An Annex To Swz.4.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works Involving The Development Of Plot No. 583 In Kamień, Which Include The Following Tasks: 1) Building Insulation And Drainage Works: - Insulation Of The Foundation Walls Of The Municipal Cultural Center Building. - Construction Of Perimeter Drainage Around The Basement Part Of The Building. - Construction Of A Tight Reinforced Concrete (Retention) Tank For Rainwater With A Capacity Of 10 M³. - Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System. 2) Works In The Field Of Small Architecture: - Construction And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements On Plot No. 583. - The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular The Assembly Of: Park Benches, Waste Segregation Bins And Bicycle Racks In Accordance With The Design Documentation. 3) Greenery Planting Works: - Development Of The Area By Planting Vegetation, Including Trees, Shrubs, Ornamental Grasses And Perennials. 4) Teletechnical Installation Works: - Construction Of Telecommunications Installations, Including A Video Monitoring System (Cctv) And An Intruder Alarm System (Sswin) For The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Kamień.
