The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Expansion Of The Municipal Selective Collection Point For Municipal Waste In Popowo. The Scope Of Works And Design Work Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 8 To This Specification Of Terms Of Order. It Includes, Among Others: 1) Development Of Complete Design Documentation (Pb+Pt+Pw), Obtaining The Required Arrangements/Permits, Including A Building Permit And A Set Of Documents For The Occupancy Permit. 2) Execution Of Construction, Installation And Equipment Works In The Following Scope: - Surfaces, Truck Scales, Fencing Of The Area, - Technical And Telecommunications Infrastructure, Connections, - Facilities And Equipment, Including A Social And Office Building, A Warehouse Shelter, A Container Shelter, A Bio-Waste Chipper. The Investment Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build System. Conditions Regarding Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects
