1. The Subject Of The Order Entitled Construction Of Roads For Pedestrians And Bicycles At Ul. Skorodeckiego In Ropczyce Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles As Part Of The Project Development Of Infrastructure For Non-Motorized Traffic And Micromobility In The Drof Area - No. Fepk.03.01-Iz.00-0004/25 Co-Financed By The Regional Program European Funds For Podkarpacie 2021-2027 Priority Fepk.03 Urban Mobility, Action Fepk.03.01 Sustainable Urban Mobility - Zit.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1/ Construction Of A Section Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles With A Bituminous Surface, 2/ Construction Of A Section Of A Bicycle Road With A Bitumen Surface, 3/ Construction Of A Section Of A Pedestrian Road With A Concrete Block Surface, 4/ Construction Of Safety Belts With A Concrete Block Surface, 5/ Reconstruction Of Existing Exits, 6/ Construction Of Storm Sewage Sections, 7/ Construction Of A Retaining Wall, 8/ Demolition Of The Existing Fence And Construction Of A New Section, 9/ Construction Of Road Lighting,10/ Construction Of Pedestrian Crossing Lighting,11/ Protection Of Existing Power Cables (Pge Dystrybucja, Puk Ropczyce, Zakłady Magnezytowe, Cukrownia Ropczyce),12/ Protection Of Existing Telecommunications Cables (Hawe Telekom, Pcss, Orange),13/ Reinforcement Of Slopes With Openwork Slabs And Geogrids,14/ Construction Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings, Installation Of Protective Railings,15/ Topsoiling With Grass Seeds, Finishing And Cleaning Works.3. The Costs Of Carrying Out The Task Include: Preparation And Approval Of A Traffic Management Project For The Duration Of The Works, Including The Purchase Of Signs, Installation And Maintenance During The Works, Preparation Of An As-Built Surveying Inventory And Acceptance Documentation (Accreditation Report) And, Among Others, Costs Of Prolonging Consents And Arrangements With Network Managers/Owners. The Contractor Is Additionally Obliged To Prepare A Set Of Necessary Documents To Put The Facility Into Use.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A Scope Of Works Worth At Least 50% Of The Offer Cost Estimate In 2026.5. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Contract Are Determined In The Order Of Importance: This Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Included In The Swz, Including Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And Bills Of Quantities Of Works Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Are Intended As A Guide And The Quantities Contained Therein Are Indicative.6.
