The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Non-Cash Delivery Of Eco-Diesel Diesel Oil To Vehicles Operated By The Local Government School Service Office In Dąbrowa Białostocka In The Period From September 1, 2026 To August 31, 2029. The Order Will Be Implemented By Ensuring The Possibility Of Refueling Fuel Into The Tanks Of The Ordering Partys Company Vehicles At The Liquid Fuel Station Located In Dąbrowa Białostocka.2. If It Is Impossible To Refuel At The Station Indicated In The Contract Due To A Random Event, The Contractor Undertakes To Indicate Another Place To Collect Fuel Or Deliver The Required Amount Of Fuel To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Store Fuel In Its Own Tanks.4. Diesel Oil Will Be Dispensed Only To The Fuel Tanks Of School Buses And Passenger Cars Belonging To The Ordering Party Through A Certified Flow Meter.5. The Expected Amount Of Fuel That The Ordering Party Intends To Purchase During The Duration Of The Contract Was Determined On The Basis Of Data On Purchases Made Over The Previous 12 Months, Taking Into Account The Expected Increase In Demand During The Execution Of The Order And Is 70,000 Liters For The Duration Of The Order.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Adjust The Amount Of Purchased Fuel To Current Needs, But The Values ​​Given Above Should Be Treated As The Maximum Level Of Demand.
