Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract Means: Performance Of The Full Scope Of Construction And Assembly Works, Demolition Works, Disassembly And Assembly Works, Construction Services As Well As Delivery And Permanent Equipment Based On The Design Documentation - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Note: The Documentation Does Not Include Bills Of Quantities; The Valuation Should Be Based On Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree With The Ordering Party The Method Of Access To The Rooms Located In The Vicinity And To Ensure And Maintain This Access Throughout The Entire Period Of Work Implementation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Construction Site In Order To Limit Dust And Contamination Of The Facility And To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Prevents Third Parties From Entering The Works Area. If It Is Necessary To Use One Of The Passenger Lifts Located In The Facility During Construction Works (Which The Contractor Will Report To The Ordering Party In Writing), It Will Be Protected By The Contractor Against Mechanical Damage And Dust. The Method Of Securing And Inspecting The Technical Condition Of The Designated Passenger Lift Before And After Its Use By The Contractor Will Be Determined In A Protocol Prepared By The Representatives Of The Parties Indicated In § 15 Section 4 And 5 In Accordance With Annex No. 2 - Contract Template. All Effects Revealed After The Period Of Completion Of The Works And Resulting From Negligence During Their Implementation (Including: Costs Of Repairs Or Necessary Maintenance Work Resulting From Mechanical Damage Or Dust To The Cranes) Shall Be Borne By The Contractor.
