Work Consisting Of Removing 2 Norway Maple Trees, With A Trunk Circumference Of 130 Cm = 130 Cm And 140 Cm And Limbing Tall Trees (Removing All Mistletoe Found In The Park), Cutting / Maintaining 196 Trees, Securing The Trees And Restoring The Grass Surface To Its Previous Condition. 2. Scope Of The Order: 1) Carrying Out Work Involving Maintenance Treatments On 196 Trees. If The Following Conservation Conditions Are Met: • Carrying Out Maintenance Cuts, Consisting In The Removal Of Branches, Mistletoe Habitats And Dead And Broken Branches, Which Will Not Lead To The Removal Of More Than 30% Of The Crown Volume That Was Formed During The Trees Development, Branches And Branches Can Be Shortened By A Maximum Of 30% To Change The Regular Shape Of The Crowns; The Treatments Performed Cannot Lead To Deformation Of Tree Crowns. • Cleaning The Area After The Work Is Completed. • Directing Or Independently Performing Conservation Works By A Person Who Meets The Requirements Referred To In Art. 37B Of The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments. • Submitting The Owkz No Later Than 14 Days Before The Commencement Of Work (And In The Course Of Work, 14 Days Before Changing The Person), The Name, Surname And Address Of This Person, Along With Documents Confirming That This Person Meets The Requirements Referred To In Art. 37B Of The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments, As Well As The Declarations Of The Above-Mentioned A Person That He Or She Has Accepted The Obligation To Manage Or Perform The Work Independently. • Notify The Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments In Writing About The Date Of Completion Of The Activities Indicated In The Permit, Up To 14 Days From Their Completion. • Immediately Notifying The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Of Any Threats Or New Circumstances Revealed During The Activities Indicated In The Permit. 2) Scope Of Services: Removal Of 2 Norway Maple Trees, With A Trunk Circumference Of 130 Cm = 130 Cm And 140 Cm - Location According To The Design. Provided That The Following Conservation Conditions Are Met: • Cleaning Up The Area After Completion Of The Works. • Directing Or Independently Performing Conservation Works By A Person Who Meets The Requirements Referred To In Art. 37B Of The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments. • Submitting The General Terms And Conditions No Later Than 14 Days Before The Commencement Of Work (And In The Course Of Work, 14 Days Before Changing The Person), The Name, Surname And Address Of This Person, Together With Documents Confirming That This Person Meets The Requirements Referred To In Art. 37B Of The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments, As Well As The Declarations Of The Above-Mentioned A Person Accepting The Obligation To Manage Or Perform Work Independently. • Notifying The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments About The Start Date (At Least Three Days Bef
