Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services In The Field Of Transport Of Students To Primary Schools In The Czarnocin Commune By Purchasing Monthly Tickets In The 2026/2027 School Year

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Students To Primary Schools In The Czarnocin Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year, Which Includes The Provision Of Transport Services Using Rolling Stock Adapted To Public Transport Services In Order To Transport Students From Their Place Of Residence To School And From School To Their Place Of Residence Based On Monthly Tickets. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Submit Partial Offers. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Transport For Students On Routes No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6 In The 2026/2027 School Year. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Students From Home To School And From School To Home, Which Includes The Provision Of Transport Services Using Rolling Stock Adapted To Public Transport Services In Order To Transport Students From Their Place Of Residence To School And From School To Their Place Of Residence In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To This Tor. Detailed Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6. 3. Students Are Transported On School Days, I.E. From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027, Excluding Winter And Spring Breaks And Other Study Breaks Resulting From The Calendar Of The 2026/2027 School Year. In The Event Of Making Up For School Classes On Another Day Off, Transportation Will Be Provided By The Contractor Upon Prior Notification Of The School Principal. The Contractor Provides Transport In Accordance With The Route And Timetable Established By The Ordering Party. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Routes For Transporting Students, The Number Of Transports Per Week, The Dates Of Their Performance And The Number Of Students, Due To Circumstances That The Parties Could Not Predict At The Time Of Concluding The Contract And Dictated By The Needs Of The Ordering Party Resulting From The Obligation To Provide Students With Transport To School. 5. The Ordering Party Provides Care For Students During Transport In All Parts Of The Order. The Ordering Party Envisages The Purchase Of Monthly Personalized Tickets For Caregivers. 6. In The Event Of Damage Or Breakdown Of The Vehicle, The Maximum Allowable Time For Providing A Technically Efficient Replacement Vehicle May Not Exceed 60 Minutes. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Provide Replacement Vehicles Of A Standard No Worse Than His Vehicles And Persons Who Will Provide Services On His Behalf. The Contractor Shall Bear All Costs Related To The Operation Of The Vehicle And The Payment Of Fees And Penalties Imposed On It By The Competent Authorities. 7. The Contractor Must Ensure Safe Transport For Students, I.E. Appropriate Safety And Hygiene Conditions. The Ordering Party Takes No Responsibility For Accidents And Events Of Any Type Resulting In Bodily Injury, Death Or Material Damage Caused By The Contractors Activities. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Drivers Actions While Transporting Students. 8.
