1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Computer Equipment And Teaching Aids As Part Of The Project Entitled: I Want And I Can.2. Source Of Financing: The Ordering Party Informs That The Order Is Being Implemented As Part Of The Project I Want And I Can Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Voivodeship 2021-2027, Priority Feld.08 European Funds For Education And Human Resources In The Łódź Voivodeship, Measure Feld.08.07 General Education (Project Co-Financing Agreement No. Feld.08.07-Iz.00-0108/25-00 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Voivodeship 2021-2027 Of December 15, 2025)3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Quantity Of The Product Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To This Tor.4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Terms Of Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Agreement And Will Bear The Full Risk Of Its Loss Or Damage Until It Is Accepted By The Ordering Party. Upon Receipt By The Ordering Party, Confirmed By The Acceptance Protocol, The Entire Risk Of Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Passes To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of The Services Of Couriers Or Third Parties In Terms Of Delivery, Carrying, Arrangement, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment, As Well As Checking The Correct Operation Of The Equipment.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered By The Contractor, Brought In, Arranged, Assembled And Put Into Operation In The School Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party, And The Correct Operation Of The Equipment Will Be Checked.6. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Cannot Bear Any Signs Of Use, B) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Sales Channel For The Polish Market, Come From Mass Production, Taking Into Account The Configuration Options Provided By The Manufacturer For The Offered Model Of Hardware And Software, C) Prototype Products Are Not Allowed, Devices Stored For A Long Time Or Devices Originating From The Manufacturers Sales Programs Are Not Allowed.
