1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services For Students To Schools And Kindergartens In The Form Of Selling Monthly Tickets And Providing Care.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Educational Institutions: A) Primary School In Bysław, B) Primary School In Lubiewo, C) Local Government Kindergarten Of The Lubiewo Commune, Branches In Bysław And Lubiewo.3. The Carrier Is Obliged To Provide Transport On The Following Communication Lines: A) Communication Line: Bysław - Minikowo - Płazowo - Bysław B) Communication Line: Bysław - Klonowo - Sucha - Lubiewo - Bysławc) Communication Line: Bysław - Lubiewice - Bysław.4. The Basis For Calculating The Value Of The Order Will Be The Unit Price Of A Monthly Ticket Multiplied By The Number Of Months Of Service Provision And The Number Of Students Transported. 5. The Estimated Number Of Students For Whom Monthly Tickets Will Be Purchased Is 326. 6. Specified In Point 5 Size - The Number Of Students Is Indicative And May Change (Decrease Or Increase) During The Order. The Ordering Party Will Not Incur Additional Costs In This Respect. 7. The Estimated Number Of Kilometers That The Ordering Party Plans To Entrust To The Contractor For Implementation Within The Communication Lines Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Approximately 469 Km. 8. The Price Of The Monthly Ticket Must Include The Ride From The Stop Where The Student Boards To The Stop At The School/Kindergarten The Student Attends.9. The Contractor Must Have At Least 3 Buses Adapted To Transport People With At Least 48 Seats For Students Whose Year Of Manufacture Is Not Older Than 25 Years. 10. The Contractor Must Have At Least Two Reserve Buses.11. Vehicles Used To Transport Students Must Be Fully Operational, Heated, Air-Conditioned, Meet Safety Requirements, Meet The General Conditions For The Transport Of Persons, Must Have Valid Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance Policies And Current Technical Tests. 12. The Bus Driver Must Have All Valid Licenses Required By Law To Drive A Vehicle And Transport People/Children. 13. The Price Offered In The Procedure Must Include All Costs Related To The Maintenance, Operation And Insurance Of The Bus, Remuneration Of The Driver And Guardian, As Well As Other Costs Of The Contractor - It Must Be The Total Price Of Completing The Task. 14. The Price Of The Monthly Ticket Cannot Be Changed During The Contract Period. An Exception Is The Situation Specified In § 9 Section 1 And 2 Of The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 15. The Contractor Must Have A Current License/Permit To Perform Domestic Road Transport In The Field Of Passenger Transport. 16. The Contractor Must Have A Permit To Perform Regular Domestic Road Transport On The Above-Mentioned Routes. Communication Lines.17.
