The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 101067E - Ul. Leśna Along With A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route On Plots No. 1748, 1767, Rev. Szczerców. The Estimated Length Of The Section To Be Developed Is Approximately 920 Meters. Attached Is An Overview Map With The Section To Be Designed Marked. Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Includes: 1. Obtaining All Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Required In Accordance With The Regulations To Obtain Permission To Implement The Investment Under The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311).2. Division Of Plots For Widening (Separating) The Road, Which Will Constitute An Annex To The Application For A Zrid Decision. The Scope Of Separating The Road Lane Should Also Include The Area For The Designed Infrastructure, Which Is Also The Result Of Solving The Existing Collisions. The Exact Number Of Plots Will Be Determined At The Stage Of Preparing Design Maps.3. Regulation Of The Road Lane Of The Reconstructed Road.4. Improving The Road Surface, Strengthening The Structure Or Using Other Commonly Used Solutions. The Contractor Will Propose A Variant Of Strengthening The Road Surface, Including, Among Others: Detailed Construction Technology, Durability Of The Structure.5. Construction Of Exits (Individual, Public) To Plots Adjacent To The Road. The Contractor Will Agree On The Location Of The Exits With The Owners Of The Area Adjacent To The Planned Road.6. Inventory Of The Tree Stand To Be Removed (Separate Study), If Required, Together With Obtaining A Felling Decision.9. Preparation Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Project. A Detailed Description Of The Commissioned Scope Of Design Work Is Included In §1 Section 2 Of The Draft Contract.
