Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation

Part 1 Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Titled: Expansion Of The Building In Ostrów Mazowiecka At Ul. Brokowska 37 Along With Obtaining A Building Permit. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Map For Design Purposes To The Contractor On The Day Of Signing The Contract. The Contractor Should Present The Ordering Party With At Least Two Design Concepts. The Design Documentation For The Removal Of Conflicts, I.E. The Reconstruction Of The Power Line, Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party - It Was Commissioned In A Separate Procedure. The Local Spatial Development Plan Is In Force In The Area In Question. The Design Concept Is Attached As Annex No. 4 To The Swz, The Attached Concept Is Intended To Indicate The Needed Usable Space And To Indicate The Quantitative Demand For Office Rooms. The Map For Design Purposes Is Attached As Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Study Should Include: - Documentation Of The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Existing Building Along With Industry Projects; - Documentation Of The Development Of The Area Around The Building. The Contractors Obligation Is:- Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Checks Of Design Solutions; - Development Of A Construction Design; - Development Of Technical Designs; - Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates - The Investor Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities Should Be Divided Into Two Stages, I.E. I. Expansion Of The Building In Order To Transfer Employees From The Existing Building To The New Part; Ii. Reconstruction Of The Building To Adapt The Rooms To Their New Purpose.
