Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Medicinal Products

The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Medicinal Products. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 To These Terms Of Reference. The Validity Period Of The Offered Subject Matter Of The Contract Cannot Be Shorter Than 12 Months. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Indicated In This Tor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer For The Entire Given Part(S) Selected By Him/Her, Taking Into Account All Items Of A Given Part. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Pkt 5 Ustawy Pzp. If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Ordering Party Has Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Parameters Regarding The Chemical Composition Of The Drug And In The Same Form As The Drug Is Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. The Term Equivalent Product (Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Price Form) Means A Medicine With The Same Chemical Composition And In The Same Form As The Medicine Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. If You Wish To Offer An Equivalent Product, Please Make An Inquiry And Obtain The Written Consent Of The Ordering Party. Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Made After Each Properly Completed Order, According To The Unit Prices Presented In The Contractors Offer, Based On Actually Delivered Deliveries. Labeling Of The Delivered Materials, Instructions For Use, Product Description, And Labels (Original) Must Be In Polish. The Subject Of The Contract Is Approved For Marketing And Use On The Basis Of Documents Authorizing Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Act Of September 6, 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law, Which Will Be Delivered At The Request Of The Ordering Party And Only Such Products Will Be Offered Throughout The Contract Implementation Period.
