Part I: Transport And Pick-Up Of Students From The Wysoka Commune To The Primary School. Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński In Wysoka.1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Transport And Pick-Up Services For Students From The Commune. Wysoka To The Primary School. Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński In Wysoka.1) Daily Courses Include Journeys Up To 280 Km Long (In The Wysoka Commune).2) Children Will Be Transported And Dropped Off On All School Days From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027.3) In The Event Of A Change Or Issuance Of State Regulations Or Local Regulations Limiting The Functioning Of Educational Units, The Contractor Will Provide Services In Accordance With Issued Regulations, Only On School Days, Children Are Transported In Stationary Or Hybrid Mode.4) Information Regarding The Execution Of The Order: A) The Contractor Should Have At Its Disposal An Appropriate Number Of Vehicles For The Duration Of The Order, With A Specified Minimum Number Of Places (Seating), I.E.: Min. Two Vehicles With The Number Of Seats At Least 57 Seats Each Vehicle, B) The Daily Number Of Kilometers To Be Traveled For Two Vehicles Is A Maximum Of 280 Km And This Amount Should Be Used To Determine The Unit Price For 1 Km Traveled, C) The Transport Will Take Place According To The Schedule Agreed With The Principal Of The Primary School In Wysoka Established During The Execution Of The Order, In Accordance With The Organization Of The School Year, D) The Transport Of Children And Teenagers Will Take Place On The Following Routes: Route 1 Tłukomy - Kijaszkowo - Czajcze - Primary School In Wysokiej. Route 2 Młotkowo - Czajcze - Primary School In Wysokiej. And Youth Will Take Place On The Following Routes: Route 1 Primary School - Sędziniec - Bądecz - Czajcze - Młotkowo - Kijaszkowo -Tłukomy Route 2 Primary School - Wysoka Wielka - Wysoka Mała - Mościska - Kostrzynek - Rudna - Gmurowo - Staref) Morning And Pick-Up Courses Are Planned On Each Route (12:45, 13:35 And 14:35), In Exceptional Cases Depending On The Class Schedule - 12:20, G) All Students Should Be Transported To Schools Between 7:30 - 7:55 (Not Earlier Than 7:30) 5) The Cost Of Employing Guardians For Children And Youth During Transport, Boarding And Disembarkation Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party. 6) The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Who Are Not Included In The Register Of Sexual Offense Perpetrators Be Assigned To Perform The Order. 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify The Persons Participating In The Execution Of The Order In Terms Of Their Presence In The Register Of Sexual Offense Perpetrators, In Connection With The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting The Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors (Journal Of Laws Of 2026 Item 110, As Amended);8) Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A List Of Persons Designated For The Execution Of The Order And Will Submit A Declaration That These Persons Are Not Included In The Register Of Sexual Offenders.
