Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas For Public Utility Facilities In The Niepołomice Commune In 2027-2029

The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas For Public Utility Facilities In The Niepołomice Commune. The Gas Is To Be Delivered On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of A Sales Contract And A Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Is To Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43) And The Implementing Regulations To Act. The Forecast (Estimated) Gas Consumption In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2029 Is 2,856,578 Kwh. The Forecast Consumption Of Natural Gas Is Indicative Only - The Given Volume Of Gas Fuel Is An Estimated Value Based On Current Consumption. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Volume Of Gas Fuel. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Collect A Guaranteed Amount Of Gas At The Level Of 70% Of The Specified Volume. Any Change In The Estimated Consumption Of Gas Fuel Will Not Result In Any Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Settlement For The Amount Actually Consumed, And In No Case Does It Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Gas In The Given Quantity. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For The Ordering Partys Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel Specified In Annex No. 1. The Ordering Party Will Control The Value Of The Contract And When It Is Exceeded, The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Actual Consumption Of Gas Fuel. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Standards And Quality Of Service To The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Applicable Energy Law Provisions. The Contractor Is To Ensure Continuity Of Supplies Without Any Interruptions In Supplies And Have A Reserve Guaranteeing Continuity Of Supplies. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier Of Gas Fuels And To Terminate The Existing Contracts For The Sale Of Natural Gas And The Provision Of Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) If Necessary, Based On The Power Of Attorney Granted. The Ordering Party Has A Comprehensive Contract For The Collection Points Covered By The Proceedings For A Fixed Period Until December 31, 2026 (Without Any Annexes Or Contracts Concluded Under Promotional/Loyalty Programs) With A One-Month Notice Period. The Ordering Party Informs That Approximately 90% Of Natural Gas Consumption Points (Appendix No. 1) Are Subject To The Provisions Of The Act On Special Solutions For The Protection Of Gas Fuel Consumers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 202).
