The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Authors Supervision Services Ensuring Compliance Of Construction Works With Design Documentation As Part Of The Project: Adaptation And Modernization Of The Space Of The Grand Theater In Łódź, Including The Purchase Of Fenx.07.01-Ip.04-0013/24 Equipment And Fittings, Divided Into 3 Tasks, For Three Investment Tasks Consisting Of: 1.1. Task No. 1 - Replacing The Boards On The Main Stage Of The Grand Theater In Łódź. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 2. Annex No. 4 To The Swz Mentioned In Point 1 Contains A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Other Information Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Services Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 3. The Offer May Cover The Entire Order. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers For Each Investment Task Separately; The Task Requires The Submission Of A Full Offer, I.E. For The Entire Subject Of The Contract Within The Task.4. All Activities Undertaken By The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Financing Agreement And The Current Guidelines Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Program 2021-2027 Applicable In This Respect.5. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Activities Performed As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Do Not Have To Be Performed By Persons Employed Under Employment Contracts Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Uniform Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended).6. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Points 2 Upzp.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Upzp.8.
