Tenders Are Invited For Support For Preschool Education In Mysłowice, Divided Into 7 Parts

1.1 The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Assortment In The Indicated Quantities And To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, Specified In Annex No. 3 To Swz1.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods To The Above-Mentioned Kindergartens, At His Own Expense, Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party, And To Unload, Arrange And Assemble/Install Them (If Applicable) In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party. Delivery Will Take Place On Business Days At Hours Agreed Individually With The Ordering Party.1.3. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Complete, Unused And Not Displayed At Exhibitions Or Fair Events, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete And Ready For Work, And Also Meet The Technical And Functional Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz). The Delivered Equipment Is The Property Of The Contractor And Is Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Is Not Subject To Third Party Rights, And Is Free From Third Party Claims And Is Not The Subject Of Any Proceedings Or Security. It Has The Legally Required Approvals And Certificates, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Has Adequate Financial Resources To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Equipped With User Documentation In Polish And Be Marked With The Ce Mark, Have A Ce Certificate Or A Ce Declaration Of Conformity1.4. Providing The Equipment With Warranty Documents Issued By The Manufacturer, As Well As All Wires, Cables, Connectors, Etc. Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Product (If They Are Required For The Proper Operation Of The Product). 1.5. The Scope Of The Order Includes Devices Subject To 0% Vat - In Accordance With Art. 83 Section 1 Point 26 Of The Act Of 11 March 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services. Detailed Information In This Regard Can Be Found In Annex 5 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Declares That The Equipment Subject To 0% Vat And Delivered As Part Of The Order Will Be Used For Teaching Purposes
