1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services, I.E. Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Two-Course Lunches For Students Of The Primary School. A. Mickiewicza In Brzoza In The School Year 2026/2027.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of 75 Hot Two-Course Lunches A Day, I.E. Soup Plus A Second Course With Salad And A Drink, For Students Of The Primary School. A. Mickiewicza In Brzoza And Collection And Removal Of Post-Consumer Waste And Garbage From The School Premises And Their Disposal.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Meals Delivered On A Given Day Depending On The Presence Of Students. The Ordering Party Will Report Any Changes In The Quantity Of Ordered Meals To The Contractor By 1:00 P.M. The Previous Day. The Ordering Party Will Also Make Every Effort To Notify The Contractor In Advance About Planned Situations Of Significant Reduction In The Number Of Meals On School Days, In Particular For Reasons Such As Trips Or Excursions Of Some Students. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Value Of The Contract Is 50% Of The Value Of The Contractors Remuneration Specified In The Contract (§3 Section 1 Of The Draft Contract).4. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Preparation Of Nutritious Two-Course Lunches, I.E. Soup Plus A Second Course With Salad And A Drink, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, From Food Products Purchased By The Contractor; B) Delivery Of Lunches To The School Premises, I.E. Brzoza 18, 97-306 Grabica, On School Days, From Monday To Friday, Excluding Winter Breaks, Christmas Breaks, Public Holidays, Days Directors, Periods Of Suspension Of Stationary Classes (E.G. Remote Learning). (It Is Estimated That During The Period Of Service Provision It Will Be 176 Days.)C) Transport In Conditions Ensuring The Sanitary And Thermal Safety Of Food - Deliveries Will Be Made In A Car Adapted To Transport Food, In Thermoses Guaranteeing The Maintenance Of The Appropriate Temperature;D) Serving Meals To Students At The School Premises In A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party By An Employee/Employees Of The Contractor On Traditional Tableware;E) Maintaining Cleanliness After Meals, I.E. Collecting And Removing Post-Consumer Waste And Garbage From The School Premises And Their Disposal, As Well As The Collection Of Thermoses And Their Washing And Scalding By The Contractor. 5. The Service Applies To School Children Aged 5 To 16. 6. Number Of Children Fed 75 Per Day. 7. Meals Should Be Delivered To The School Between 10:00 And 10:15.8.
