The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Draft Decisions On Development Conditions In The Jedlińsk Commune, Referred To In Chapter 5 Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538), Together With Annexes To These Decisions Resulting From The Regulations, As Well As Draft Decisions Amending The Above-Mentioned Decisions And Decisions In Pursuant To Art. 59 Section 3 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development In The Event Of A Change In Land Development Without Obtaining A Decision On Development Conditions. A Single Draft Of The Decisions In Question Will Be Prepared After The Ordering Party Submits A Complete Application For Its Issuance. Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Art. 100 Section 1 And Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, I.E. That The Subject Of The Order Was Implemented Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled Persons. The Ordering Party Informs That No Requirements In This Respect Have Been Set Adequately To The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Attached To The Swz - Annex No. 9.
