The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Works Consisting In Planting Shrubs And Bulbs, As Well As The Construction And Assembly Of Houses And A Hotel For Insects And Bird Feeders In The Areas Located Near The Bródnowski Canal And The Zaciszański Canal In The Targówek District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project From The Citizens Budget Called Green Revitalization Of The Areas On The Bródnowski And Zaciszański Canals, Which Include: A) Preparing The Area For Planting Shrubs, B) Planting Shrubs, C) Mulching Shrub Beds With Bark, D) Planting Bulb Plants, E) Marking The Plant Beds With The Logo From The Citizens Budget, F) Making And Installing Houses And A Hotel For Insects And Feeders For Birds, G) Marking Small Architectural Objects With The Logo From The Citizens Budget.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In: A) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, B) A List Of Services, Which, After Being Completed By The Contractor, Will Become A Price Form - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, C) Terms Of Contract Execution And Quality Standards For The Execution Of Works - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, D) Location Of Planting Plants And Installation Of Small Architectural Objects - Annex No. 4 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Justification: The Procedure In Question Is Part Of The Contract For Services In The Field Of Maintenance Of Green Areas, Individual Parts Of The Contract Are The Subject Of A Separate Procedure And Will Be Awarded In Separate Procedures.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding The Contract Referred To In Art. To The Current Service Provider. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act, Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence.7. The Contractor Becomes The Producer Of Waste Resulting From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Method Of Waste Management Must Be Consistent With The Provisions In Force On The Date Of Order Execution, I.E. The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733).
