1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Under The Task Titled: Activities Shaping Proper Health Patterns - Sports Activities. The Service Will Be Provided To Residents Of The Biesiekierz Commune Qualified To Participate In The Cus Plus Project (Hereinafter Referred To As Project Participants, Beneficiaries, Recipients). The Aim Of The Service Is To Shape Proper Health Patterns Among Project Participants While Showing And Making Participants Aware Of Various Possibilities Of Managing Free Time To The Benefit Of Health. Activities Support The Development Of Motor Skills, Endurance, Coordination And General Physical Fitness, While Promoting The Integration And Activation Of Participants. Service Includes: 1) A Total Of 1,440 Hours - An Average Of 8 Sports Meetings Per Month For An Average Of 6 Groups. The Number Of Meetings And Groups Is Average And Will Depend On Recruitment Under The Project. The Ordering Party Allows For A Greater Or Lesser Frequency And Number Of Groups Depending On The Needs Of The Participants, However, The Number Of Meetings Per Month Cannot Be Less Than 6 And The Number Of Groups Less Than 4.2) Conducting Classes In Various Forms Of Physical Activity, Including: A) Team Games (E.G. Football, Volleyball, Handball), B) Cardio Training And Individual Activities (E.G. Roller Skates, Roller Skates), C) Group Exercises (E.G. Tetherball, Pickleball). The Classes Are Carried Out In A Cyclical Form, With Divided Into Groups Adapted To The Age And Fitness Level Of The Participants. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Will Also Provide The Necessary Sports Equipment And Aids For Conducting Classes. The Ordering Party Allows The Creation Of A Group In A Discipline Consistent With The Needs Of The Participants As Agreed With The Contractor.2.
