1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Summer Camp For 16 Children Aged 8 To 15, Staying In Foster Care In The Kalisz District. The Trip Is To Last 7 Days And Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project No. Fewp.06.15-Iz.00-0003/23 Entitled: Support For The Deinstitutionalization Of Foster Care In The Kalisz Subregion Under Measure 6.15 Support For The Family And The Foster Care System Of The European Funds For Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Program (Few).2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) 16 People Will Participate In The Camp - Children Staying In Foster Care In The Kalisz District. 2) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Reducing The Number Of Participants By A Maximum Of 2 People. 3) Duration Of The Camp: 7 Stay Days (6 Nights) In The Period Between July 6, 2026 And July 31, 2026. 4) The Order Covers The Provision Of Transport For Participants From Three Locations: The Ordering Partys Headquarters, The Home Childrens Center In Lisków And The Care And Educational Facility Named After Guardian Angels In Ostrów Kaliski To The Place Of The Colony, And Then Their Return From The Place Of The Colony To The Indicated Departure Points. 5) Place Of The Summer Camp: Hotel/Recreation Center Located In A Seaside Town Or By A Lake In Poland.3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide Participants With: 1) Departure From The First Point To The Camp Site No Later Than After 8:00 A.M., And Departure From The Camp Site No Earlier Than 2:00 P.M., By Coach Or Bus With Seats For Each Participant, Air Conditioning, Seat Belts And With Current Technical Inspections Of The Vehicle; 2) Replacement Transport Of The Same Or Higher Standard Within No Longer Than 4 Hours From The Detection Of A Failure In The Event Of Its Occurrence; 3) Organizing Assistance In Unloading Pupils Luggage From Buses And Transferring It To Their Rooms And Loading The Luggage For The Return Journey; 4) Staying In A Hotel Or Recreation Center Adapted To The Stay Of Children And Young People With A Standard Corresponding To The Minimum Requirements Specified For Three-Star Hotels, In Accordance With The Current Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of August 19, 2004 On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities Where Hotel Services Are Provided (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2166). The Ordering Party Requires That All Participants Be Accommodated In One Building. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form The Hotel Or Recreation Center Intended To Provide The Service. Changing The Place Of Service After Submitting The Offer Is Not Allowed.5) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Hotel/Recreation Center Meets The Following Conditions: A) The Facility Is Located No Further Than 700 M From The Beach With A Guarded Bathing Area, B) A Fenced Building, Monitored 24 Hours A Day; C) All Rooms And Common Room Are Located In One Building Or Within One Center; D) Own Kitchen And Canteen/Restaurant On S
