The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Water Treatment Plant As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Titled: Retrofitting The Provincial Hospital In Kielce With Medical Equipment For The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Patients With Oncological Diseases For The Needs Of The Central Sterilization Plant, I.E.: - Delivery Of A Water Treatment Station (Hereinafter Referred To As Suw) For The Needs Of The Central Sterilization Plant - 1 Set. The Equipment Should Be Brand New, Not For Exhibition, Not For Demonstration Purposes. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The No Cause Serious Harm” (Dnsh – Do No Significant Harm), In Accordance With Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of 18 June 2020. This Principle Applies In Connection With The Financing Of The Contract Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan (Kpo).
