The Subject Of The Order Is The Production And Installation Of Eight Sculptures With A Slavic Theme As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Skrzatusz - Construction Of An Observation Tower - Center For Climate And Ecological Education. The Sculptures Are An Element Of Small Architecture Incorporated Into The Space Surrounding The Observation Tower.2. Names And Codes Specified In The Common Procurement Vocabulary: - Services Provided By Sculptors - 92312230-23. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Drafted Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract).4. The Ordering Party Is Implementing The Project Ecological And Climate Education Center - Góra Dąbrowa Tower Under The Regional Program European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027, Priority 8: Community-Led Local Development (Erdf). Measure 8.1 Supporting Development Programmed In Local Development Strategies (Clld).5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order Using Only Vehicles/Equipment That Meet At Least The Euro 5 / Stage Iv Exhaust Emission Standard (Article 96(1) Of The Act). The Use Of Equipment With Lower Parameters Will Be Considered Improper Performance Of The Order.6. The Reason For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts Is The Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Includes The Production Of Sculptural Decorations Constituting An Artistic And Technologically Coherent Whole. All Elements Of The Order Should Be Made By One Sculptor Or One Entity Carrying Out The Order In Order To Ensure A Uniform Artistic Concept, Style, Proportions, Technique And Quality Of The Materials Used. Individual Sculptural Decorations Are Closely Interconnected In Terms Of Aesthetics And Composition, So Their Implementation By Different Contractors Could Lead To A Loss Of Artistic Coherence Of The Entire Design. Division Of The Contract Into Parts Could Also Cause Significant Organizational And Implementation Difficulties Related To The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Several Contractors, Agree On The Execution Technology, Work Schedules And The Method Of Finishing Individual Elements. There Would Also Be A Risk Of Failure To Select A Contractor For One Part Of The Order, Which Could Result In The Inability To Achieve The Intended Artistic Effect And Full Implementation Of The Project. It Should Also Be Noted That The Execution Of The Order By One Contractor Enables A Clear Assignment Of Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Entire Subject Of The Order, Including The Quality Of Workmanship, Warranty For Defects And Liability For Damages. In The Event Of The Participation Of Many Contractors, Difficulties Could Arise In Determining Responsibility For Possible Defects Or Non-Compliance Of Individual Elements With The Adopted Artistic Concept
